PTFE Antistatic tubes are especially important in environments where static electricity poses a safety risk, particularly in high-flow liquids or gases where static buildup can lead to electrical sparks. These sparks may not only damage the structure of the PTFE tube, causing ruptures, but could also contaminate the fluid inside or trigger fires, explosions, and other severe safety incidents. Anti-static PTFE tubes are commonly used when handling flammable, explosive, or hazardous substances to reduce the risk of static buildup during fluid transfer. The fillers inside these tubes provide good conductivity, effectively dispersing static charges. However, it’s important to note that while they significantly reduce the potential for static buildup, they do not completely eliminate static electricity. In some highly sensitive applications, additional anti-static measures may still be required to ensure safe operation. Anti-static PTFE tubes provide added protection in high-risk environments, ensuring the stability and safety of fluid systems.

The PTFE antistatic tube is available in two types: inner black with outer white and fully black. The materials used can be from Japan’s Daikin, DuPont, or domestic suppliers. To ensure superior quality, we typically use Daikin materials and imported anti-static carbon black. The addition of carbon black enhances the tube’s static conductivity while ensuring uniform charge distribution, effectively preventing static buildup and ensuring long-term stability and safety of the tube.
