Floor Type Detection

With the advancement of technology, our lives are becoming more and more convenient. 2015 is a special year because we are honored to be inspired by a German guest in this year to apply ultrasound to the sweeper. Ultrasonic waves send sound waves, and different materials will rebound echoes of different strengths. For example, on soft carpets, the echo will be weaker, while on hard wooden floors, the echo will be stronger. With this feature, we were the first to develop this material detection ultrasound in the same year, and then it was widely used in robot sweepers and mops of major brands. The main functions are: when the ground is judged to be a soft material, the sweeper will increase the suction, or avoid the carpet. Each brand will implement different functions or different sales markets, and will set different thresholds to identify different materials to meet the needs of end-market customers.
