SUNIU PTFE Tubes Support Cooling System Efficiency Improvement in NISSAN Die-Casting Machines‌

　　Recently,we were honored to provide a customized PTFE tubing solution to Dongfeng Nissan Motor Co.,Ltd.,which was successfully applied in their die-casting machine cooling water transfer system.The successful completion of this project not only served as an important validation of our product performance but also allowed us to gain valuable experience in the industrial piping field.

　　In modern automobile manufacturing,die-casting machines are indispensable key equipment,and the cooling water system is the core component ensuring their efficient operation.Dongfeng Nissan imposed extremely strict requirements on the stability,corrosion resistance,and high-temperature endurance of the cooling system.After multiple rounds of testing and evaluation,Dongfeng Nissan ultimately selected our PTFE tubing as the primary material for their cooling water transfer,replacing the products previously imported from Japan.

　　Through cooperation with Dongfeng Nissan,our PTFE tubing successfully resolved issues such as leaks,corrosion,and inefficiency in the cooling water transfer process,significantly enhancing the work efficiency and stability of the die-casting machines.This achievement has been highly recognized by Dongfeng Nissan and proves that domestically produced PTFE tubing can fully match or even surpass imported products in performance.
